I am a native of Uvalde County and a fifth-generation Texan and have lived in the Uvalde and Concan area since returning home in 1976. After 20 years in higher education I returned to the real estate industry.  I have been involved in real estate development, sales, and home construction.  I am active in the community and have served on the Board of Directors for the Uvalde Area Chamber of Commerce, the Uvalde Volunteer Fire Department, and the St. Henry de Osso Family Project.  I am immediate past president of the Uvalde Board of Realtors and have been active with the Texas Association of Realtors in several property rights initiatives.  I am a member of Uvalde First Methodist Church and have recently served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

Now, more than ever, buyers and sellers need a real estate professional to guide them through any real estate transaction. By staying current with professional education and training and upholding the Code of Ethics of the National Association of Realtors, I stay qualified and ready to help you with any real estate transaction.

It is a privilege to live and work in this beautiful and diverse area.  As we like to say around here, “come for a weekend and stay for a lifetime.”  I hope you will join us…

I studied business and marketing at Texas A&M University – Commerce and proceeded to work for Graybar Electric- an industrial and electrical supply distributor assuring 100% customer service to my clients. After marriage in 2014 I moved to Leakey, TX where my husband and I spent nearly 3 years managing a ranch. Here I gained knowledge of wildlife and exotic species, tree names, native grasses and the day to day operation of running a ranch. In my free time, I love playing golf, sewing, and working on my home and lifestyle blog www.thesouthernlace.com. I also enjoy hiking, surf fishing and camping with my husband and dogs (Gypsy and Jasper).

My career in Real Estate began with my adoration of home interior design and décor which I developed while working at Amy’s Attic in downtown Uvalde. My professional experience ranges from sales, social media marketing, SEO integration, and Website Building/Management. I am personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills, well organized, reliable, and a multi-tasker, with strong ethics, morals and a professional attitude.

As a native and fifth-generation Uvaldean, I am very familiar with the area and feel confident I can find you the home of your dreams!

There’s an enriched life when owning a piece of property or your own home!

Growing up on a ranch in Wyoming, I had a vision of building a home one day since my father built a log home for our large family.

After graduating from high school,, I attended a private Christian college in Indiana, studying elementary Education. There, I met my husband, Russell.

We moved to Corpus Christi where I continued studying early childhood development, music, and elementary education.

I opened a private piano studio, The Piano Place, in 1996 and have continued teaching students in Uvalde and surrounding areas, marking my 25th year this August.

After meeting my husband, who was from Texas, we settled in the hill country and eventually moved to a ranch outside of Uvalde in 2001. Together, we built a Santa Fe style home and raised two boys who are now married.

I received my real estate license in 2007 and love bringing people and homes together.

With years of selling, and continuing education courses, I feel fully equipped to help buyers and sellers every step of the way ... from the first viewing to the closing table.

Let me be your REALTOR.

I studied business management and marketing at the University of Texas El Paso, and began working for Enterprise upon graduating in their management training program. After meeting my husband while working there, I moved to Uvalde (which is where he is from) in 2016 and fell in love with the area. I had the opportunity to really get to know the community while continuing to hone my customer service & management skills at First State Bank of Uvalde, before having my son in 2018.

I have always had a passion for home design and followed along with the real estate market for years. Along with my love of helping people, I knew that making real estate my career was exactly what God had planned for me. I am so excited to help you with your buying or selling needs! I know that with my passion for the industry, my determination to help others, and with the backing of a great team, I can help you find exactly what you’re looking for!

I’m a Uvaldean, born and raised in Uvalde, Tx. I went to school here until I graduated with my Dipolma, then received my Associates degree at SWTJC. I accumulated many hours of my bachelors degree in Criminal Justice at Sul Ross University, but found my dream job at Uvalde Memorial Hospital. My goal has always been to help others. I worked with UMH in 2004 at 18 years old, left for 3 years and came right back to my UMH family and worked until I had my second child in 2017.

I am blessed with a wonderful family. My husband,Ceasar Jimenez, and my 2 kids, Gabriella and C.J.

As a UMH employee, I learned quickly that being a Leader had nothing to do with titles or age which lead me to a promotion of Admission Supervisor. My Director at the time taught me discipline, time management, and perseverance. These are all assets I bring to the table now, in Real Estate. I love my career, I have found my “cup of tea”, and continue to count my blessings all while doing what I love most, helping others. There’s nothing more Rewarding.
